Tail4Win is a Windows port of the UNIX 'tail -f' command. It is very useful for monitoring log files of applications - e.g. Apache's error.log and access.log. or IIS, Tomcat, Resin log files. It is very useful for debugging program. OutputDebugString is a Windows debugging API. You can call it in all kinds of programming languages (VC/VB/C++ Builder/Delphi).
