AltovaXML 2008 is a FREE XML standards processor that includes the Altova XSLT 1.0 and schema-aware XSLT 2.0 engine, XQuery engine, and XML validating parser. Now developers can use the same engines found in Altova XMLSpy 2008 within their own applications, free of charge. AltovaXML includes COM, Java, and .NET interfaces and supports command line operations. It is standards-based and is the only XML processor to support Office Open XML files.
