PDF Filer is sold per installed Work
Station. The Scan Module and eMail Module are not required
for it's operation. The Scan Module allows the user to scan
documents directly into the system and the eMail Module
allows email notifications to be automatically sent when
documents are entered into the system allowing for
centralized processing.

Upgrades and Technical Support Policy
There is no charge for upgrades. Software comes with 90 days technical
support which includes online installation assistance if requested.
After 90 days, technical support is $90.00 per hour. Optionally a one
year service contract can be purchased at 20% of the retail price of the
software.
