Review by Tim Knox: If you want your database web-enabled without programming, Polar Studio is the fastest solution I've ever seen, but if you want to build large applications you still need to be able to write scripted code (VB/JAVA)

No other app that I've seen offers such a level of comprehensive control and monitoring abilities like NetLimiter.
