It help me in the worst time in my computer life. The HD was destroyet by Norton GoBack and i have had a compagny to try save my lost data - not one bite and a lot of money lost. I am a programmer and had forgotten to make backup of a new program just delivered to my costumer and he wanted some change. If Active UNDELETE had not help me, i had to do the programming again ( 2 months work and no paper or kode)

Review by CurtJC: I did not realise portions of my backups were corrupt until I performed a restore of my data. By this time, I had formated my drive, installed XP, my virus scanner and firewall. I was in a fix.
I tried several demo recovery programs; they found the the deleted files alright, but after recovering them I would have to rename them... There were hundreds of files. Plus I would have to recreate the directory structure. It's a little difficult to guess the file names that the video editing program gave to all those avi files, not to mention mp3s, jpegs, etc. Restorer2000 does not take days to scan your hard drive.
Restorer2000 not only displayed the full name, it recreated most of the folder structure as well. Over 95% of the files recovered... (5/5 - 12-Oct-2005)
